Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of product shipment provided one or more of the warranties outlined below are valid. Returns must be in as-new resalable condition and returned with all originally provided packaging and documentation. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. A 15% restocking fee is charged for returns. Electrical items are not accepted for return. Returns due to CoolCava Racing (CCR) error are not subject to restocking fees and customer will be reimbursed for return shipping fees.

Pricing
Prices on this website are subject to change without notice.

Despite our best efforts, items in our online shop may occasionally be mis-priced. We verify prices as part of our despatch procedures and if an items correct price is lower than the price shown online, we will charge you the lower amount and send you the item. If the items correct price is higher than the price shown online, we will contact you for instructions before despatch. We cannot confirm the price until you order.

Please note: All goods remain the sole property of CoolCava Racing until paid for in full.

Stock Availability
CoolCava Racing focus on the supply of High Performance and Racing parts. Most of these parts are manufactured at time of order and as such demand a longer delivery time. If this is the case, then we will indicate this at time of order.

If the item you have ordered can not be obtained, we will cancel your order immediately and let you know by email.

If we can get the item, but cannot deliver it to you within our delivery policy (20 business days), we will email you with the option to cancel your order.

Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all products supplied by CCR are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when they leave our facility. Claims must be made within 10 days from shipment. CCR makes no claim of fitness for any purpose. Circumstances of customers application, installation, and use are beyond our control. As such we make no warranty against failure during use. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty. Warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair, or credit of the defective merchandise. The determination of all warranty claims will be at the sole discretion of CCR. Warranty does not cover any direct or indirect costs, such as labor or damages of any kind, arising from the use of our products or parts. CCR does not purchase shipping insurance unless specified by customer. Claims for loss or damage during shipment must be made by customer to the carrier within three days. Do not ship the product back to CCR. Retain all packaging for inspection by the carrier.

Disclaimer
Auto racing and high performance products are an inherently dangerous activity that can lead to loss of property, personal injury or death. CCR accepts no liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of its products.

CCR will not be responsible for any legal issues regarding the modification of street legal vehicles. Items within this website and all CCR products are strictly for racing vehicles which may never be driven on the streets. It is very critical that these products be installed properly and should only be done by a professional shop. Since CCR has no control over the manner of use or installation of its products after there sale, CCR will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages or warranty voids. The use of any CCR product is the sole responsibility of the end user.

Force of Nature
CCR shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by and delay or failure to perform resulting in whole or in part from acts of God, severe weather conditions, labor disruptions, governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, war, risks, shortages, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, insolvency or other inability to perform by the manufacturer, delay in transportation, any other commercial impracticability and or any circumstances beyond the control of the Company in its business operations

Shipping
Shipping times do not include order processing. 2 Day and Next Day orders will ship the NEXT BUSINESS DAY - if the parts are in stock. Remember, business days exclude weekends and holidays. Due to dimensional weight rate regulations, If your packages dimensional weight exceeds the actual package weight, your shipping cost may be adjusted. CCR has taken every precaution possible to eliminate this from happening, but there are certain circumstances that are beyond our control.

Europe Delivery (EU)
All European orders are sent by International recorded service and a signature will be required on receipt. You should allow up to 14 days for delivery from placing the order.

Overseas Delivery (Rest of the World)
All overseas orders are sent by International recorded service and a signature will be required on receipt. You should allow up to 21 days for delivery from placing the order.

Trade Descriptions Act
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products on this web site are correct. However, whilst the colour reproduction is an extremely close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods can occur.
